Shipping Policy:

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse
Transit & Delivery: Estimated transit time is 7-12 business days (Mon-Fri). Total estimated delivery time to all destinations is 8-14 business days from the date of order confirmation. These are estimates only and not a guarantee. Sumeshop is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sumeshop pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the international carrier for shipment.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items in new, unused, and original packaging condition within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.
